Mid-term Coordination Meeting in Malaga (Spain)

After months of online work and an international training course that we organised last November, the organisations of the «Urban Art for Inclusion» project met this weekend in Malaga (Spain) for a coordination meeting.

In addition to presenting the activities carried out so far and the impact on the participants and organisations, we have coordinated the next phases of the project and the different tasks and mobilities to be carried out, as well as setting common working guidelines so that the project follows the established path and achieves all the planned objectives.

These two days of work have been very productive and all the organisations return to our work with a lot of energy and ready to continue contributing to the improvement of the society in which we live.

Training Course in Malaga (Spain)

After months of work online and in each of the project countries, this week we are carrying out the International Training Course of our «Urban Art for Inclusion» project.

Urban artists and youth workers from six countries (United States, Guatemala, Italy, Portugal, Togo and Spain) are participating in this training, which is taking place in the facilities of the Centre for Social Innovation «La Noria». During this week, they will be reflecting on migration and how urban art can be used as a tool for inclusion and social transformation. At the same time, they are sharing the situation in the different countries, exchanging good practices and creating new workshops.
