In this regard, Ini­cia­ti­va Inter­na­cional Joven com­plies with Reg­u­la­tion (EU) 2016/679 of the Euro­pean Par­lia­ment and of the Coun­cil of 27 April 2016 on the pro­tec­tion of nat­ur­al per­sons (GDPR). Use of the Site implies accep­tance of this Pri­va­cy Pol­i­cy as well as the con­di­tions includ­ed in the Legal Notice.

Principles applied in the processing of data

In pro­cess­ing your per­son­al data, the Data Con­troller will apply the fol­low­ing prin­ci­ples that com­ply with the require­ments of the new Euro­pean Data Pro­tec­tion Reg­u­la­tion (GDPR): 1. Prin­ci­ple of law­ful­ness, fair­ness and trans­paren­cy.: The Data Con­troller will always require con­sent for the pro­cess­ing of per­son­al data which may be for one or more spe­cif­ic pur­pos­es about which the Data Con­troller will inform the User in advance with full trans­paren­cy. 2. Prin­ci­ple of data min­imi­sa­tion: The Data Con­troller will request only the data strict­ly nec­es­sary for the pur­pose or pur­pos­es for which it is request­ed. 3. Prin­ci­ple of lim­i­ta­tion of the stor­age peri­od: The Data Con­troller shall keep the per­son­al data col­lect­ed for the time nec­es­sary for the pur­pose or pur­pos­es of the pro­cess­ing. The Data Con­troller shall inform the User of the rel­e­vant reten­tion peri­od accord­ing to the pur­pose. In the case of sub­scrip­tions, the Data Con­troller shall peri­od­i­cal­ly review the lists and delete those records that have been inac­tive for a con­sid­er­able peri­od of time. 4. Prin­ci­ple of integri­ty and con­fi­den­tial­i­ty: The per­son­al data col­lect­ed shall be processed in such a way that their secu­ri­ty, con­fi­den­tial­i­ty and integri­ty are guar­an­teed. If you do not receive a reply in due time and form from us, or if you do not find the reply sat­is­fac­to­ry, we inform you that the com­pe­tent super­vi­so­ry author­i­ty is the Span­ish Data Pro­tec­tion Agency (www.aepd.es). Purpose of the processing of personal data

When you con­nect to the Site to browse, send an email to the Own­er, write a com­ment on an arti­cle or a page and sub­scribe to its newslet­ter, you are pro­vid­ing per­son­al infor­ma­tion for which Ini­cia­ti­va Inter­na­cional Joven is respon­si­ble.
