Job Shadowing
In the framework of this project, one professional from each project organisation must go to another project country for an observation period of 12 days with the main aim of learning and knowing in situ their working methodology, activities and best practices, as well as providing and contributing with his/her ideas and suggestions.
The main objectives of the Job Shadowing are:
‑To improve the key competences of participants for their personal and professional development;
‑To know in situ the working methodology, activities and good practices of the hosting organisations to have new ideas to implement/adapt in the sending countries;
‑To exchange ideas and educational tools to carry out a better quality work;
‑To strengthen and deepens relations and cooperation between project organisations for the creation of an international network of organisations that use urban art as a socio-educational tool.
During the mobility, participants can observe how the professionals of the hosting organisation work with their target groups, know in situ their projects and activities, understand the methodology they apply and how they use urban art and hip hop as socio-educational tools. They have also tutorship and coordination meetings, visits to other entities and institutions and exchange of good practices.
Concerning the flows of mobilities, participants from Programme countries will go to a country of Europe, whilst participants from out of Europe will go to a Programme country. In particular:
‑From Portugal to Guatemala;
‑From Guatemala to Spain;
‑From Spain to the United States of America;
‑From the United States of America to Italy;
‑From Italy to Togo;
‑From Togo to Portugal.
