Learning Needs
Each project organisation, as part of Local Activities I, carried out a diagnosis and definition of the learning needs of urban artists and professionals in the field of youth that want to use urban art as a tool for inclusion and social transformation.
After having analysed all data obtained from the results extrapolated for each country, the main learning needs of urban artists and youth workers in the topics of this project are:
‑To know more on the situation of migrants;
‑To know better the needs and difficulties of migrants;
‑To know more about access to documentation for foreigners;
‑How to approach other cultures in other to better understand them;
‑How to analyse, plan, write, carry out and evaluate projects or activities;
‑How to access public institutions or other spaces for training or working;
‑How to establish new collaboration with other institutions, artists, etc.
‑How to collaborate with organisations that already deal with inclusion of migrants;
‑To know more about European Programmes for young people;
‑Improving their knowledge on foreign languages;
‑How to improve communication skills and present ideas and proposals in front of a public;
‑How to develop a board for the production of a video clip;
‑How to professionalize and create/have a profession from their passion;
‑How to use urban art as an educational tool;
‑To understand what can be added to hip hop events that can support and help the inclusion of migrants.
