Learning Needs

Each project organ­i­sa­tion, as part of Local Activ­i­ties I, car­ried out a diag­no­sis and def­i­n­i­tion of the learn­ing needs of urban artists and pro­fes­sion­als in the field of youth that want to use urban art as a tool for inclu­sion and social transformation.

After hav­ing analysed all data obtained from the results extrap­o­lat­ed for each coun­try, the main learn­ing needs of urban artists and youth work­ers in the top­ics of this project are:
‑To know more on the sit­u­a­tion of migrants;
‑To know bet­ter the needs and dif­fi­cul­ties of migrants;
‑To know more about access to doc­u­men­ta­tion for foreigners;
‑How to approach oth­er cul­tures in oth­er to bet­ter under­stand them;
‑How to analyse, plan, write, car­ry out and eval­u­ate projects or activities;
‑How to access pub­lic insti­tu­tions or oth­er spaces for train­ing or working;
‑How to estab­lish new col­lab­o­ra­tion with oth­er insti­tu­tions, artists, etc.
‑How to col­lab­o­rate with organ­i­sa­tions that already deal with inclu­sion of migrants;
‑To know more about Euro­pean Pro­grammes for young people;
‑Improv­ing their knowl­edge on for­eign languages;
‑How to improve com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills and present ideas and pro­pos­als in front of a public;
‑How to devel­op a board for the pro­duc­tion of a video clip;
‑How to pro­fes­sion­al­ize and create/have a pro­fes­sion from their passion;
‑How to use urban art as an edu­ca­tion­al tool;
‑To under­stand what can be added to hip hop events that can sup­port and help the inclu­sion of migrants.
