Job Shadowing: Nineth (Flamita)

In the frame­work of this project, one pro­fes­sion­al from the Guatemalan organ­i­sa­tion Ini­cia­ti­va de Desar­rol­lo Educa­ti­vo Artís­ti­co y Social ONG (IDEAS) went to Spain for an obser­va­tion peri­od of 12 days with the main aim of learn­ing and know­ing in situ the work­ing method­ol­o­gy, activ­i­ties and best prac­tices of Ini­cia­ti­va Inter­na­cional Joven (AIIJ), as well as pro­vid­ing and con­tribut­ing with her ideas and suggestions. 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
‑Work­ing method­ol­o­gy and process of Ini­cia­ti­va Inter­na­cional Joven;
‑Work­shops and meet­ings with local organ­i­sa­tions and institutions;
‑Par­tic­i­pa­tion in projects where urban art is a socio-edu­ca­tion­al tool for peace.

MAIN ACQUIRED AND/OR IMPROVED COMPETENCES:
‑More knowl­edge on the sit­u­a­tion of Spain and how an NGO works;
‑Devel­op­ment of com­pe­tences in ped­a­gogy and teach­ing methodologies;
‑More knowl­edge on how to pre­pare, imple­ment and eval­u­ate social projects.
