Online Coordination Meeting

Last week, rep­re­sen­ta­tives of all project organ­i­sa­tions we met online in order to spec­i­fy strate­gies, work­ing method­ol­o­gy and details of future activ­i­ties, includ­ing inter­nal agree­ments, eval­u­a­tion tools, mon­i­tor­ing sys­tems, vis­i­bil­i­ty and dis­sem­i­na­tion activities.

The main objec­tives of the meet­ing was:
‑To pro­vide detailed infor­ma­tion of the project to part­ner organisations;
‑To plan the dif­fer­ent phas­es of the project activ­i­ties, includ­ing its objec­tives, con­tents and methodology;
‑To present guide­lines for project vis­i­bil­i­ty and dissemination;
‑To pro­mote appro­pri­ate arrange­ments for the coor­di­na­tion between partners.

Accord­ing to the project appli­ca­tion, the meet­ing was planned in pres­ence in Lomé (Togo). How­ev­er, it has not been pos­si­ble yet due to the Covid-19 sit­u­a­tion that we analysed dur­ing this meet­ing, togeth­er with the cur­rent reg­u­la­tion for trav­el­ling to Togo as we hope to be able to trav­el there soon.
