Job Shadowing: Kossivi

In the frame­work of this project, one pro­fes­sion­al from the Togolese organ­i­sa­tion Sol’Oeil d’Afrik went to Por­tu­gal for an obser­va­tion peri­od of 12 days with the main aim of learn­ing and know­ing in situ the work­ing method­ol­o­gy, activ­i­ties and best prac­tices of Associação de Artis­tas Urbanos e de Transformação Social (AAUTS), as well as pro­vid­ing and con­tribut­ing with his ideas and suggestions. 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
‑Work­ing method­ol­o­gy and process of AAUTS;
‑Pub­lic dance performance;
‑Work­shops and meet­ings with local artists.

MAIN ACQUIRED AND/OR IMPROVED COMPETENCES:
‑New learn­ing and knowl­edge on the work of anoth­er organisation;
‑More knowl­edge on the sit­u­a­tion of Portugal;
‑Devel­op­ment of the abil­i­ty to cre­ate new col­lab­o­ra­tions and exchange good practices.

We exchanged our ideas and now we are col­lab­o­rat­ing in new projects that will see the light soon
